Enquire about lessonsHow old does my baby need to be?
Our Parent & Baby lessons start from 8 weeks and run up to 14 months. Parent & Toddler lessons are for ages 15–48 months. You’ll be in the water together.
What if my child is nervous?
We group children by ability, age and confidence. In our beginner children’s lessons, the teacher is in the water until swimmers manage 25 metres unaided. Start with the Enquire about lessons to see the next step for your child.
Can I look for lessons for more than one child?
Yes. Our Enquire about lessons lets you search for up to four children together. You’ll enter each child’s date of birth and answer swimming experience questions where needed.
Yes. Tell us each child’s age in your enquiry and our team will help you find suitable lessons for your family.
Do you teach adults too?
Yes. Our 1:1 tuition is suitable for adults and children, including nervous beginners. Sessions are offered individually or in blocks of four. Read about private tuition.
Is there parking at the pool?
Yes, there is free onsite parking at our Sherwood Road pool, along with changing facilities, showers and a spectator area adjacent to poolside.
