When you send an enquiry
We receive your name, mobile number, enquiry subject and message. We use these to answer your questions, arrange lessons you have requested and keep a record of the conversation. This supports our legitimate interests in providing customer service, or steps towards a contract when you ask to book.
Authorised staff handle website enquiries in our staff inbox. Our hosting and technical providers process information to operate and support these services. We do not publish your enquiry or use it to build advertising audiences. Please avoid putting payment-card details, medical records or identity documents in the enquiry form.
Website statistics and external services
If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand which public pages people visit and whether an enquiry was accepted. We send the public page address without its query string or fragment, and limited events such as opening an enquiry or following directions. We do not include your name, number, email, date of birth, message or private booking link in those events. Google also receives technical connection and device information when its service loads.
Google Analytics is optional and is not used on our staff review, portal, payment or private booking pages by this website code. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Google explains its processing and international arrangements in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
We host the website fonts ourselves. The interactive map connects to Google only when you choose to load it. Following a Facebook, Instagram or other external link opens that provider's service under its own privacy information. Secure booking and recruitment services provide information relevant to their separate workflows.
If you allow optional analytics, we also record anonymous booking-progress statistics on our own server: the steps reached, broad traffic source, device category and activity times. A random visit reference in your browser tab connects these steps and renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. These statistics do not include names, dates of birth, phone numbers, form contents or private booking links. They are available to authorised managers and retained for 30 days.
Security and retention
We use access controls and security checks to protect enquiries and prevent abuse. The enquiry service uses session identifiers and rate counters based on hashed network identifiers. Hosting services also process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.
Enquiries and replies remain in our staff Inbox or Archive until removed. Archiving does not delete a conversation. We review whether information is still needed for an outstanding enquiry, ongoing lessons, a complaint, dispute or record-keeping requirement. You can ask us to review or delete your information using the privacy address above.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction, and portability where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw optional analytics consent at any time. We may need to confirm which record belongs to you; please do not send passwords, login codes or identity documents with an initial request.
If you are unhappy with how we handle information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
